New Supplier Application

Supplier Quality Survey / Application to Conduct Business
New Vendors interested in conducting business with Rotek must complete Rotek Quality form CQF-012 (Supplier Quality Questionnaire) and submit it to the Materials Manager or their responsible Buyer.  Completed forms will be used to analyze the quality system of the Vendor and determine their level of quality management and control.

Upon successful review and audit, new Vendors may then be provided the opportunity to offer quotations for business.
