Consultation and supervision
Ensure proper installation or replacement of slewing rings with our onsite consultation and supervision services.
Installation assistance
Rotek provided laser measurement options confirm that support surface flatness is within required specifications. Rotek also verifies required bolt preload by using calibrated load cells that can be left in place. We take baseline measurements to establish future wear analysis.
Maintenance and repair
Rotek assures your spare slewing ring is always ready for use with periodic inspection, and our long-term packaging options keep your spare corrosion-free until ready to use. What's more, we offer slewing bearing refurbishment and repair service on all of our bearings and any competitor bearings. The skilled Rotek Service Team is ready to serve you at our site or yours.
In-use analysis
Onsite, in-use evaluation includes nondestructive wear measurements, bolt-preload confirmation, lubricant analysis and maintenance recommendations.
Service-life analysis
After your slewing ring has been removed from service, we can analyze wear patterns and make recommendations for replacement slewing rings that can provide a longer service life and better value. Rotek may even be able to refurbish your used slewing bearing to "like new' condition at a significant savings compared to the cost of a new slewing bearing.
